Xceptional Cleaning Inc. is committed to providing you with quality customized service at a cost that is affordable and reasonable.

Residential Customers will be charged a flat fee of $30.00 per hour for general services; the initial cleaning fee will differ in rate due to a lack of familiarity with the environment of the residence which will help in establishing a customized cleaning program.

Rates for Commercial and Post-Construction services will be based upon contractual agreement between the company and client.
