  • Question: Do you clean homes with pets?
    Answer: Yes. We ask that all aggressive and/or non-tolerant animals be placed in a secure, safe area in order to ensure the safety of the employee and to provide a comfortable environment for your pet(s) during the cleaning process.

    Question: Are you licensed, insured and bonded?
    Answer: Xceptional Cleaning Inc. is licensed, bonded and insured; all personnel are trained professionals.

    Question: How are payments made?
    Answer: Residential: Total amount is due the same day as services are rendered by check or money order. (Initial cleaning services will be invoiced)
    Commercial: Payments are made per contractual agreement. Post-Construction: Payments are made upon services being rendered. All payments are to be made by check.


    Question: If I have questions or concerns regarding service, whom do I contact?
    Answer: Please contact Xavier Moreland within 24 hours of your services. Arrangements will be made to have the problem resolved as soon as possible.

    Question: Will you provide the cleaning supplies?
    Answer: Yes. Xceptional Cleaning Inc. provides environmentally-safe products. Should you prefer us to use other products; we will do so at an additional cost to you, however, the choice is yours.

    Question: How many employees will be on the premises during cleaning services?
    Answer: Normally we send one on-site person to clean, depending upon the size of the property, (number of rooms, type of cleaning requested, etc.)
    This person will provide your regular services. Any personnel changes due to illness, vacations or time off, Xavier Moreland will notify you of their replacement. There will be occasions when a Supervisor will visit the property to ensure you are receiving the service requested and to address any concerns.


    Question: What if I need to cancel or reschedule services?
    Answer: Please notify our office at least 24 - 48 hours in advance in order to advise our personnel and make changes to their schedule. If we do not receive timely notification, a $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged to your billing statement.
