Xceptional Cleaning, Inc. was established in 2001, in response to major growth in population, change in economic trends and a greater demand for cleaning and janitorial services. On January 2, 2004, the company was incorporated.

Xavier Moreland is the CEO/President and sole proprietor of the company. He has several years experience in the cleaning industry and is certified by OSHA through their Occupational Health and Safety Awareness Program.

Xceptional Cleaning, Inc. is steadily growing in metropolitan Atlanta and surrounding areas; however, our plan is to expand services throughout the state of Georgia.

Some of the areas in which we are focusing on for the upcoming year include building partnerships with area vendors to develop sub-contracting services, expand our networking and marketing base to include public relations and community service.



The goal of Xceptional Cleaning Inc. is to prove that residential and commercial cleaning is more than just a "mop, bucket and a broom". It entails a service based upon integrity and a commitment to provide quality, customized professional service at a cost which appeals to every budget.
